Delete Account Information

Important: Deleting your account is permanent.

This section provides a step-by-step guide to permanently removing your account and all associated data from our app. Once you delete your account, it cannot be recovered.

Before you proceed:

• You will lose access to all app features and functionalities.
• All your data, including user profile information, will be permanently deleted.

Steps to delete your account:

1. Click on the hamburger icon (☰) in the app.
2. Select the "Delete Account" option.
3. A confirmation message will appear:
   “Your user profile and all its data will be deleted. It may take up to a week to delete all data associated with your account. Please confirm”
4. Click “Yes” to confirm and permanently delete your account.
